Nyro is a software studio operated by Exceed Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. When this policy refers to "Nyro," "we," "us," or "our," it means Exceed Labs LLC and the Nyro brand.

2. What We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form or revenue calculator. This may include:

• —Your social media handle and platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• —Your follower count (pulled automatically from public profile data when you submit the form)
• —Any additional information you choose to include in the message field

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) as part of normal infrastructure operation.

3. How We Use It

We use the information you submit solely to:

• —Send follow-up emails related to your inquiry (strategy call scheduling, project information)
• —Assess whether your project is a fit for Nyro

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each acts as a data processor under our instruction and has its own privacy practices:

• —Resend — transactional email delivery (receives your name and email to send confirmation emails)
• —Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
• —Apify — public social media profile data retrieval (follower count only, from public profiles)

5. Email Communications

If you submit our contact form, you may receive follow-up emails from Dmitry at Nyro. These are direct business communications, not marketing newsletters. Every email includes an option to reply and request removal from further outreach. We honor all such requests promptly.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails identify the sender, include a valid reply address, and do not use deceptive subject lines.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. If a project does not move forward, we do not retain your information indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
